This week I tried the Topical Deer Antler Velvet Serum by Pure Velvet. Just as a warning this product is very oily so you will want to wash your hands after and it has a strong smell from the extracts and oils. This serum is used to increase the range of motion and soreness of muscles. I have been using this after going to the gym and I have found that it has been helping to keep some of my problem muscles from getting stiff and sore. The serum has a natural separation, so it has to be shook well before each use. This week I tried the KetoPower Boost by HealthyGen. These pills are exposed to help get you into ketosis faster and use fat for energy. The pill is exposed to also help by boosting energy, manage hunger and support your metabolism. I have been taking these for a week now and I have also been going to the gym. I am starting to see some results on the scale. I am excited to be getting some weight off I still have about 135 lbs to go before I get to my goal weight.
