I have so many workout DVDs lying around that I was never able to use because I didn't have an exercise ball to use. I love this thing! I can tell that it is made out of very thick rubber, so it is higher quality than other exercise balls that are on the market. So I had said that I would do an update to see how I was liking the Air Bar Exercise DVD. It is starting to grow on me. The exercises are easy to do, but your body will feel the exercise working. The only part that I still don't like is her trying to have a conversation with me and the meditation part because I believe that meditation is on the darker side.
