I thought this cookbook was very well written. The recipes seem to be pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Neither my boyfriend nor I are vegans, but we thought many of the recipes sounded very good. This is a nice and efficient table top easel. There is a nice grain pattern to it and it has been finely sanded. I use mine to holding my cookbook or Kindle while I am in the kitchen cooking. My sister also uses it at times for her art projects and it works great for both. I like that it is collapsible and easy to store away when not in use. This is available on Amazon .
