I have so many workout DVDs lying around that I was never able to use because I didn't have an exercise ball to use. I love this thing! I can tell that it is made out of very thick rubber, so it is higher quality than other exercise balls that are on the market. I have found these great to use when I don't have my boyfriend around to give me a massage.
