This mug is very well made. It is made of tempered glass so it will only warm up when your hot beverage is poured into the mug. The wording was a little worn on the one side, but I didn't think it was that big of a deal. The glass is nice and thick. I enjoy having my morning hot chocolate or coffee in this. I love this cup! I got it for my mom since the holidays are coming up and it's a running joke in our family that I'm her favorite.
