The tourniquet from Ari-Ale-Tools made a great addition to my first aid kit. It is large enough, with it measuring a little over 3 feet, to wrap around almost anyone's arm or thigh. All you have to do is use the Velcro to put it in place and then you twist the rod to apply pressure. I hope that there will never be a day that I will have to use this, but with a family like mine I better just keep m y fingers crossed and pray.
