This essential oil smells great. I have tried it as recommended on my stomach and legs, but I am not sure if I am seeing any results from it. This is very nice to use when I am having a stressful day at work. I put a few drops of this into my aromatherapy diffuser and the smell relaxes me. I like using the diffuser better because there is no mess to it. The bottle has a built in dropper which also helps to take away from any extra mess. This is available on Amazon . I decided to give this a try because I have tried creams, but most did not do anything and they were really greasy. Another thing that I did not like about the creams was the horrible smell. I used this twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. This I thought had a pleasant smell to it. This oil absorbs pretty quick and does not leave an oily coat on my skin.
