So I had said that I would do an update to see how I was liking the Air Bar Exercise DVD. It is starting to grow on me. The exercises are easy to do, but your body will feel the exercise working. The only part that I still don't like is her trying to have a conversation with me and the meditation part because I believe that meditation is on the darker side.
