From the pictures I thought that it was going to have a uniform shape to it. The one that came the gold at the top was chipped in a few places showing the crystal underneath. Then the crystal on the bottom half had a big gouge taken out of it. It looked like it had been dropped or broken while they were making it. This is a very nice looking ring. I had gotten this for my boyfriend because it matched my promise ring. He loved it! He said that it fit very well and it was comfortable to wear.
