This is a great helper supplement. I use it once in the morning and once after lunch. It helps to suppress my hunger throughout the day, so I am not having so many cravings throughout meals. Also it helps to give you some added energy. This is good so I still have energy after work to workout. I feel like this is a great thing to help you along the way, but taking this solely will not make you loose weight. In order to loose weight you have to workout and diet. This follows through on it's promise of a strong scent and that is just what I needed in my aromatherapy diffuser. I only needed a couple of drops and it got rid of the nasty smell. The lemon scent is strong and even though it seems to remind me of lemon pledge that's actually what I remember growing up as a clean smell. It makes me feel like my room is so clean when I use it. I also diluted this and used it on my mom's dark spots that she has on her face. Within a few days of doing this they have lightened up and are almost gone.
