I got this little personalized flag from Desk Flags. All I did was tell them what text I wanted on it, the color of the text and the color of the background and they did the rest. I love the little heart that they put over the i in my name. It came with a little flag post for it and a clip. I just wish that it had come with a stand for the flag post to go into.
