This produced recordings with a good sound quality at times. Sometimes the sound was really staticy and grainy depending on where you hold the device to talk. I had quite a few issues using this product and almost all of the writing is in Chinese. I had wanted this because my boyfriend likes to leave me messages and drawings. This was about the only part I liked about this product. I was able to set the time, but I'm still having issues trying to figure out how to set the date. Also it flickers threw all of them so quickly it's hard to catch sometimes t he first time looking at it. Also the light stays on all the time it seems or I can't figure out how to get the light to turn off. This scale is very accurate which is great for me so I can see how I am doing on my diet. It had been working well for awhile and the blacklight has been great so I can accurately see the reading. I'm not sure if it is just the price of this one or what, but it doesn't seem very well made. Later on when I tried to use it again one of the probe pieces broke off. This works very well. I have been using this multiple times while grilling to test it out.
