My boyfriend gave me an update on how this probiotic worked. He says that it eased bowl movements after 5 days and that's always a good thing :) (hint: if you're in there for more than 10 minutes you're doing it wrong, in his case more like 20, but we got him down to under 5 thanks Doctor's Choice).
