This is a great helper supplement. I use it once in the morning and once after lunch. It helps to suppress my hunger throughout the day, so I am not having so many cravings throughout meals. Also it helps to give you some added energy. This is good so I still have energy after work to workout. I feel like this is a great thing to help you along the way, but taking this solely will not make you loose weight. In order to loose weight you have to workout and diet. This works well. I had gotten it for my boyfriend since he grows a beard in the winter to keep him warm. He has also been trying it out on his head hair and is liking the results that it is causing from the different oils in this blend. It is all natural and organic which he likes since he knows exactly what is in what he is putting on his face.
