This is very nice to use when I am having a stressful day at work. I put a few drops of this into my aromatherapy diffuser and the smell relaxes me. I like using the diffuser better because there is no mess to it. The bottle has a built in dropper which also helps to take away from any extra mess. This is available on Amazon .
