I have lost a lot of weight recently and wanted to get back some of what I had lost in the chest area. I decided to give this a try after reading the mixed reviews. I did not see any results and it only seemed to put general weight back on. I think the people who are having the positive results just put weight on there first which I know some people who that does happen to. This is available on Amazon .
