Smart & Easy: iPhone Camera Lens Kit




Today I tried out the iPhone Camera Lens Kit by Smart & Easy with my little sister, Cheyenne. I was happy that the clip gave enough room that I was able to use it with my Windows Phone. I thought the case was very nice and seems sturdy. It came with a lens wipe and five lenses. I was not able to separate the macro lens from the wide angle lens. 

The five lenses that came with the kit are a fisheye lens, a wide angle lens, a macro lens, a telescope lens and a CPL lens. 



This is the original photo from the front camera of my phone. On the right is my little sister, Cheyenne. We were a little sweaty from just finishing Zumba on the Kinect.


This is the CPL lens. It is exposed to take away glare from water or glass. 


This is the Telescope lens. As you can see it zoomed in on us. It is exposed to zoom in 2x. 


This is the Wide Angle Lens. We were able to get in more of our surrounding and us in the photo. I wish that the Macro Lens would have detached from this lens. It said that the Wide Angle Lens is not stand alone, but the Macro is able to stand alone if you can figure out how to detach it.


This is lastly the Fish Eye Lens. I liked how it allows more people to get into the photo. I also liked the circular shape that it gave to the image and gave the image more depth.

Reading Kingdom

Reading Kingdom is a supplemental program which allows kids to have a fun way to practice their reading and writing skills with fun little games. The program is geared towards kindergarten through third grade. My little sister, Cheyenne, took part in this program. She enjoyed the games that they had and she thought that it helped, but she thought that it would be difficult for really little kids. She also thought that kindergartners would have trouble with the typing part since they tell adults not to help the children. She said that it was pretty easy to follow with their instructions.  I liked that they showed that progress that they were making in a report card. The card lays out how they are doing in various sections of the program, so you and your child has an idea on what they can improve on in the future as they continue to follow this program.
