This is a great helper supplement. I use it once in the morning and once after lunch. It helps to suppress my hunger throughout the day, so I am not having so many cravings throughout meals. Also it helps to give you some added energy. This is good so I still have energy after work to workout. I feel like this is a great thing to help you along the way, but taking this solely will not make you loose weight. In order to loose weight you have to workout and diet.
