From the pictures I thought that it was going to have a uniform shape to it. The one that came the gold at the top was chipped in a few places showing the crystal underneath. Then the crystal on the bottom half had a big gouge taken out of it. It looked like it had been dropped or broken while they were making it. The chain seems very fragile to and it was rough on my skin while I was wearing it.

These are working great. They were easy to install and I feel safe with my cousins being in the living room without it falling on them.
