Weird Beast: Remote Control Ocean Wave Projector Nightlight


This is a great little light projector. There are different light settings that you can choose from, It can be set for 1 hr, 2 hr or 4 hr. There is a speaker that plays calming preset sounds, like, birds, waves and crickets. You can also hook up a phone or mp3 player to play music through the speaker.

Smart & Easy: iPhone Camera Lens Kit

Today I tried out the iPhone Camera Lens Kit by Smart & Easy with my little sister, Cheyenne. I was happy that the clip gave enough room that I was able to use it with my Windows Phone. I thought the case was very nice and seems sturdy. It came with a lens wipe and five lenses. Reading Kingdom

Reading Kingdom is a supplemental program which allows kids to have a fun way to practice their reading and writing skills with fun little games. The program is geared towards kindergarten through third grade. My little sister, Cheyenne, took part in this program. She enjoyed the games that they had and she thought that it helped, but she thought that it would be difficult for really little kids. She also thought that kindergartners would have trouble with the typing part since they tell adults not to help the children. She said that it was pretty easy to follow with their instructions.  I liked that they showed that progress that they were making in a report card. The card lays out how they are doing in various sections of the program, so you and your child has an idea on what they can improve on in the future as they continue to follow this program.
