This has the basics of what you need for starting your garden indoors. Since it has been so cold here I decided in order to get my garden started on time I would start the seedlings indoors. I needed a growth lamp to allow them to have the vitamin D needed to grow healthy. This worked great all of my veggies have sprouted and are ready to move out to the garden since it is finally staying warm enough to not die during the night.
