This is a good combo of supplements. I had tried all of them separately before and that was a lot of pills to take at once. I know that it was mostly the coffee bean extract in this pill, but I'm seeing some great results. It is also controlling my appetite very well. I'm feeling less hungry and I have a lot more energy.
