PriorityChef: Knife Sharpener, 2 Stage Sharpening System

This is one of the best knife sharpeners that I have ever used. The first tip that I would like to give is that you should only use the coarse slot for very blunt knives. Other than that it has been holding up very well and it is used all the time. Some of my family even bring their knives over, so they can use my knife sharpener (since they are cheapskates). I like the handle that is on the one side so it can be easily held while using it.
