Paleo Green: Matcha Tea

This is USDA certified organic cooking grade matcha tea, so you are able to use it for cooking, shakes, cocktails as well as straight. This is unlike others that I've seen in the fact that this is cooking and not ceremonial grade. I made a cup as stated in the brewing instructions and the powder only half dissolved the rest clumped up and sat at the bottom of the cup. The taste was very strong and bitter. It was not my cup of tea. (pun was not intentional)
