Easy@Home: Tens Unit


My family uses tens units all the time, so when I was given the chance to get one of my own I jumped at the chance. I had never used one before because I'm not sure why, but they frightened me. After using this I can't remember why I was so scared. I keep it at a lower setting since my body is more sensitive, but it has a wide array of settings and different sensations that it puts out to choose from. What I liked about this one compared to others is that each set of pads can be set to different intensities and sensations they don't have to follow the same settings like all the others that my family owns.

Smart & Easy: iPhone Camera Lens Kit

Today I tried out the iPhone Camera Lens Kit by Smart & Easy with my little sister, Cheyenne. I was happy that the clip gave enough room that I was able to use it with my Windows Phone. I thought the case was very nice and seems sturdy. It came with a lens wipe and five lenses. I was not able to separate the macro lens from the wide angle lens.  The five lenses that came with the kit are a fisheye lens, a wide angle lens, a macro lens, a telescope lens and a CPL lens.  It's available at  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06W57WMR9 . Reading Kingdom

Reading Kingdom is a supplemental program which allows kids to have a fun way to practice their reading and writing skills with fun little games. The program is geared towards kindergarten through third grade. My little sister, Cheyenne, took part in this program. She enjoyed the games that they had and she thought that it helped, but she thought that it would be difficult for really little kids. She also thought that kindergartners would have trouble with the typing part since they tell adults not to help the children. She said that it was pretty easy to follow with their instructions.  I liked that they showed that progress that they were making in a report card. The card lays out how they are doing in various sections of the program, so you and your child has an idea on what they can improve on in the future as they continue to follow this program.
