Fish oil is one of the many supplements that I take on a daily basis. I like the fact first off that they state that they are non-GMO and that they have removed the fishy smell and taste. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and I have spit many pills into many sinks from the horrible taste and gagging that starts. Next I look at is the size. They are one of the larger pills that I take but they are smaller than the fish oil pills that my grandmom takes.

My sister took these to the pool with our dad. She said that she could see perfectly fine when she was looking through them above water, but when she went below the water she could not see anything.
