My boyfriend seriously loves pH test strips. I think it's a little to much for anyone's own good, but at least it's not harming anyone. The pH Test Strips from SelpHbalance can be used to test your own saliva or urine. You may ask "why should I care about my pH level?" The answer is simple the lower your pH level the more at risk you are of getting sick and the unhealthier you are. My boyfriend and I range around a 6.5 to 7 which is pretty good. The level that you should have to be considered healthy is a 7 or higher. When you do the test to check and see what your score is is simple. You just match the colors to the back of the container and whichever colors match it's the number below.
