Suaoki: Camping Lantern

This is great for an emergency. I like that it can work as a flashlight and a lantern. I also like that there are two settings on it high and higher (yes they are both super bright.) I like that it is crank powered, so it can work if your power is out for a good amount of time or if you are on a fun long camping trip. I removed a star because I have tried multiple times but have not been able to charge my phone with it. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong or if it just is not functioning.

Reading Kingdom

Reading Kingdom is a supplemental program which allows kids to have a fun way to practice their reading and writing skills with fun little games. The program is geared towards kindergarten through third grade. My little sister, Cheyenne, took part in this program. She enjoyed the games that they had and she thought that it helped, but she thought that it would be difficult for really little kids. She also thought that kindergartners would have trouble with the typing part since they tell adults not to help the children. She said that it was pretty easy to follow with their instructions. I liked that they showed that progress that they were making in a report card. The card lays out how they are doing in various sections of the program, so you and your child has an idea on what they can improve on in the future as they continue to follow this program.
