SmartStick: SmartStick 2 Kids Zone

When we got this we thought that it was going to be kind of the same set up as the Fire Stick, but we could not even get it working to watch a single show. It was really buggy and when we tried to watch Netflix it would as to login with Google. So we were not able to use it at all and now it is just laying in a bin till we can find out if there is something that can be fixed on it to allow it to work. It is a good concept, but should not have been released until it functions properly.

Smart & Easy: iPhone Camera Lens Kit

Today I tried out the iPhone Camera Lens Kit by Smart & Easy with my little sister, Cheyenne. I was happy that the clip gave enough room that I was able to use it with my Windows Phone. I thought the case was very nice and seems sturdy. It came with a lens wipe and five lenses. I was not able to separate the macro lens from the wide angle lens. Reading Kingdom

Reading Kingdom is a supplemental program which allows kids to have a fun way to practice their reading and writing skills with fun little games. The program is geared towards kindergarten through third grade. My little sister, Cheyenne, took part in this program. She enjoyed the games that they had and she thought that it helped, but she thought that it would be difficult for really little kids. She also thought that kindergartners would have trouble with the typing part since they tell adults not to help the children. She said that it was pretty easy to follow with their instructions. I liked that they showed that progress that they were making in a report card. The card lays out how they are doing in various sections of the program, so you and your child has an idea on what they can improve on in the future as they continue to follow this program.
