My boyfriend and his dad both have really bad short term memories. Some days I have to call multiple times to remind them of plans that were made and what time I have to be some place. I thought that I would have them give this a try because it is all natural. Since using this they both seem to be remembering more of what everyone is saying which we love because we do not have to feel like we are repeating ourselves over and over again. Before this talking to them were almost like talking to a brick wall.
