Waist Trimmer


I am using this for dual purposes. The first is that I am trying to tone and loose weight to my stomach. The second is that I have a lot of back pain mostly from being overweight for most of my life. This has helped my posture and relieved a lot of the back pain that I was experiencing. I feel like it is helping to tone my waist and stomach, but I will only see results in time.

Purple Safety: TV & Furniture Straps 2-Pack

These are working great. They were easy to install and I feel safe with my cousins being in the living room without it falling on them. It was easy to adjust to make it so the TV can not move forward the only possible way it can fall is backwards which at my house would mean into the wall so I think that makes it pretty safe.
